WhatsApp retail business is in boom, and Covid has given a real boost .
I have practically ordered and got orders on WhatsApp group.
Store sales have gone low currently and a chunk is shared by whatsapp stores and not forget facebook groups or stores.
So brick and mortar stores are going to face a major hit .
